Trac gives me "Database locked" errors on occasion

Location: At the VSS Shipyards in the frontier, designing new ships.

About 10% of the time when I try to make a change, I get a database locked error. Its been going on for a few weeks. However, going back and re-submitting the change usually seems to work.
