I'm here to talk about some sidequest Ideas of mine. I'd list them.

1- Gaian Terraformers-

  they totally need more explanation.

2- Xenophobes

  Ditto Gaian-^

3- CSC missions w/ aquilas

  They need to be more involved asides from destroying the Antarctica.

4- Luminous

   I've seen Drones, How about Hunter-Killers.

5- Ferians

   I'd like to trade to Ferians for cheap ores, get rin, and by plasma Cannons.

6- Huygens expansion

  C'mon, It's like the most awesome mission ever, make it BIGGER!

7- Charon Pirates/Korolov

  some later Game missions would be nice.

All I can think of for now.

Wait... So are you doing them, or just suggesting them to the community? The best way to get these things done is to do them yourself or get a team of modders going on. Personally, I'm working on the Ranx --which will be be invalidated anyways when the Official Ranx Extension is released.
I'll take a look at these missions when I'm done with getting sovereigns to shoot at each other (have you seen a CW vs Ares battle yet? with DySys, they won't just fight each other, they'll fight you!)

Haha. No, actually, But they could... They would be like Defenders except they can fly and Are definately cooler. Spawn from Chrysalis' and are docked at Teraton stations.

Remember that mission? something like-

"it's too late for us, Destroy the Huyens!"

that one's totally my favorite mission ever. I was thinking that some expansion on that would be cool.

I'm not sure how that could be expanded. You could have more missions like it, but it seems like it's as full as can be.

You could have the ship shoot out Iocrym AI's so when it hits something without the armor, it takes over it and makes it attack you

I really think the Teratons need more expansion. Need Offenders.

Maybe we should use "Teraton Agressors"?

But I think TSB has some Teraton ships. I do agree though. Teratons and Ringers need ships.

With CSCs do you want the CSCs to be a part of a battle with a fleet?

The Pirates are not exactly the most unified group and they probably would not last long past a well developed Commonwealth system like SK.

I agree with the Ferians being able to be traded with - something like the Hurari.
