I think that 0xE000 should be reserved for tutorials & samples, as 0xD000 is already reserved for bug trac mods.

I don't think so. See the first post. I think its from 0xD000 and 0xEFFF. So, it must start with a letter either D or E, and all the other digits can be any numbers or letters from A to F.
