There was a more complete version of this link I forgot where it went, but it had 2 or 3 pages of ships.
The UFP's problems tend to be more elevator layout related than plumbing related. Especially on the splittable ones where you can assume the saucer and engineering sections have independent waste processing and C02 scrubbing facilities, but also have to design lifts that can be sealed off.
Can you imagine the the elevators to get between the saucer and engineering hull on that science vessel in Search for Spock?
Actually, any ship that appears to have been designed by a member of the eldritch tome of the month club is a bad ship with the possible exception that precautions against Hounds of Tindalos may make it easier to keep a ship clean and zero gravity mops also require sanity checks.
