Faction HQ & SY, Sung in particular

In my mind, the Factions should all have shipyards. Commonwealth need SY, Sung need SY, Ranx, Ventari, etc. I mean, where do the Sung get their Wind slavers? there are millions! even if there are just one or two SY, It would be great fun.
Another quick thought: What if Factions only received Reinforcements if they had at least one functioning shipyard? so if you take out every SY of a particular faction, They can no longer get Reinforcements.
Also, I think a cool extension of the Hauri Mission would be an assault on the Sung Royal palace. Which looks like this:

A little crude, but you get the picture.
The Sung royal palace is armed with six lancers covering six seperate sections as well as an omni Quianlong AC.
after the Palace is destroyed, The last member of the Sung royal family attacks you, piloting a Dragon slaver with a wing of earth slavers.\
your allies in this mission are a handful of ronin, IAV, and Hurins. with two aquilas who pound away from long range with their NAMI heavys. after the wall is breached, the Aquilas leave. If used in conjunction with solid stations as posited in my post about orbits and collisions, it would make for a hectic battle.

What the Heck?! Anyways, my map is faulty. the setup for the Sung Royal Palace looks like a Palace, surounded by six citadels, surounded by several Def. sattelites, surrounded by a ring of Defense towers.

I would suggest only using 3 citadels though. Otherwise the space there becomes too crowded and the sung end up destroying themselves.

You could always use noFriendlyFire="true".
Pyromaniac, do you want a mod that adds a special system or that station in general? The coding to get formations of ships would be hard but modding in that station would be good practice for a beginning modder ;)

( Hurin Vipers are Standard Viper technology from Earth ( The Hauri Are Earthlings, which you learn at their Temple : which makes their Sovereign Hostility so strange in the game) Repainted to Purple in Honor of the Fallen from the Great War ( with the Sung En-slavers ) and RARELY ever are seen Flying Wing to the Destroyers, even at the Temple or during the Battle for the Temple ( and it upsets me because I put them in my game to Protect the Silly Temple !!!!!!! oh, well, just another idea I #Fail )

@RPC I was thinking of another system like Hauramarca to the Hauri.

If it's another system, then it will have to be an Adv Extension just to add that one thing.
The Huari probable don't have their own version of the Dragon because they are a crumbling empire, and can't have resources devoted to R&D for a Huari "Prophet" (aka a counter to the Dragon).
It would be nice to have that as a plot point, but it seems to similar to the Ranx Super Dreadnought "Official" Adventure Extension.

Hmm... I guess you're Right. Still, as a Hardcore Mod it would be fun to add some more ships to the Hauri. Also, The Sungatropa Could be put in, say... Sanctuary, way, way, out in the farthest reaches of it's orbit. that would work just as well as another system.

THIS is best seen in the battles, your point of lacking resources : because the Huari do not have the weapon power to defend their own space against a serious attacker. ( which is why I tried but failed to give mine a Viper )

But the Adventure extension sounds great: and with DySy ( YAY!!) but Note to self: Ranx Super Dreadnought hates me and only shield not going down is my Electromagnetic ( weaker then Shenlong but more powerful then a Fracture Cannon : still a worry against 6 SuperRanx)

...After fighting the Huari, I really, really, REALLY don't see how the Sung could keep crushing them. Now, I'll admit I haven't faced a single Dragon yet, but I mean, even just two Hurin easily destroy an entire fleet of Wing and Earth slavers, as well as their -citadel- that was located nearby. It was an absolute massacre, and I think they only lost the one Hurin. One. Either the Dragon has to be supremely powerful, or it just feels too unbalanced.

Mind, I haven't done the Huarimarca questline yet either.

Actually, it's just that the Sung spam so much and the variability of their fleet gives them the advantage.
If you've seen a clean, one-on-one fight between a Hurin and and Earth Slaver in the starting screen, you'd know the Hurin would win hands down. The thing is that the Sung have dirty tricks up their sleeve, like Cyberdecks (although I've never seen them used on NPC's before, it seems to be scripted to be used only on the Player :( )
Try to get to Huamarca. You'd see why the Huari lose. (hint: who brings more firepower?)

Of course you'd see who loses without Player intervention; The Huari are a crumbling empire and thus can't field as many units as they wish they could. But I mean, they keep using those cyberdecks against me and failing to actually get them to work, and I'm just at Jiang's Star now. I'd think that the Huari would've been a lot better at protecting their systems, especially after first meeting that issue and adapting to it (Turn your wi-fi off, Huari!)

As for the spamming: The Hurin spam so many of their shots that it's just a wave of destruction in front of their guns. >.o I actually need to use an omni and Stilettos to kill them because then I can loop around them at faster-than-orbit speeds and fire ahead of/behind their shot patern, and even then it takes awhile to destroy them. of course anything that blasts through their shots while remaining itself undamage would function as well, but the Sung have no such thing. Honestly, it's a mystery to me how the Sung managed to take down the Huari, even considering numbers- especially when if you multiply the numbers to say, the nubmers you get with a Ferian colony destruction with a small-ring asteroid belt, you get hundreds of ships swarming you, yet most of them are ineffective because either they're shooting themselves or aren't firing to avoid doing so. Present a wall of that to a small fleet of Hurin, even if it's moving, especially if backed by a Fortress, and I really don't see anything defeating them without some really out-there tactics against their basic AI in game. ie; if you put people behind the encounters, i really don't see how the Huari could lose.

Welp. yes, the Hurin are awesome, but let me tell you. the Dragon could take on twenty of them and win. and in Hauramarca, there is an ENORMOUS fleet that just totally obliterates the Hauri. actually, they just take the fire from the hurin' whilst the Dragon hauls butt. Seriously, the Qiaunlong cannon is one of the most devistating weapons in existence.
