I am of the opinion that the Ferian PC is of sufficiently less range than the Kytryn Blaster as is that it doesn't need a further range reduction. It has less range, far less fire rate, less WMD, and overall plain less use than its equal level brother. It needs a boost -somewhere-, and I think a small fire rate boost with, perhaps, a WMD drop (to 3, or a Kytryn WMD increase to 6) to match or slightly exceed the Kytryn would be good; This puts it firmly in the anti-personnel setup, making it good against ships, while only being so-so vs. stations, and the Kytryn being so-so vs. ships, but still decimating stations.
I fully agree the Slicer needs to be better than anything you can get around there, so perhaps boost the damage up? Making it an autocannon would also be nice- Since it fires the two bolts, they'd always intersect on the target.
Gaian Cannon should be able to be recharged by using an armor plate or sucking up space debris (specific distance travelled = 1 ammo; 10 pieces of debris = 1 ammo, armor plate = 1 ammo per level, etc).
Nandao: Eh... found tons of the bolts, none of the weapons. Didn't seem that deadly when they used it on me, though.
Nandao cannon would need its ROF increased somewhat to be useful... . It also seems to be only really available after that point in the game when it stops being useful.
And the Qianlong just sucks overall. It eats longzhus as fuel, and I can't afford that
But maybe there could be something like mini-longzhus that would be common in Sung wrecks and could be used to refuel the reactor and the Qianlong? (And they wouldn't be able to enhance equipment)
The Qianlong archcannon would be fine if their longzhu spheres did not repair or enhance other devices to +150%. Stop enhancer abuse with longzhus and the Qianlong may become useful.
PM6 Slicer cannon needs its damage display fixed at a minimum. It also has the DPS of a level V weapon, while having the power use of a level VI weapon. Either its level and powerUse should be lowered, or its DPS should be raised.
The Kytryn blaster has very high plasma DPS for a level IX weapon. The level X plasma cannon is only 28% stronger than the level IX Kytryn blaster. If anything, the Kytryn blaster should be weaker.

The Kytryn (IX) being 28% less powerful than the PC (X) is fine. that's almost a third more power for a single level increase. Normally you don't see that sort of upgrade boost- Or at least I don't, since I have absolutely no luck finding any GOOD weapons or armor, apparently.

There aren't enough longzhus in the game to fuel the Qianlong for long enough for it to be useful. And I'm sure removing longzhu item enhancements would be negatively received.
It using Longzhu spheres as a power source rather than ammo supply would make a lot more sense, to me, than how it currently is. That, or some way to say, crystalize a slave coffin into a longzhu sphere, or something... >_>
