1.06 has:
- a brand new and greatly enhanced currency system
- 2 new events for weapons: <GetOverlayType> and <OnFragment>
- access to firing arcs and installing positions from code (enabling weapon mounts)
- tracking particles weapons and <Beam>
- dynamic access the AI combat parameters
- automatic merging of station images with <ImageComposite>

This makes 1.06 one of the most interesting and large updates of Transcendence since 1.0RC1

Most Mod Makers familiar with the Insanity an idea gives people Obviously understood there was an idea there using the obvious changes to an advantage to spur Fan Fiction and .xml extensions surrounding these Radical Changes in our newest challenge of 1.06.

For those of you that missed the Freighter, I am a Fan of Rogues and Understanding the Hostiles ;
The " Evil 1.06 " was a half cracked idea borne from My ability to put Rogues into the Militia , Clones in Shipping Stations, etc.....take the Radical changes and how Mods are Affected, there are STORIES in there ( the race to recover stability and compatibility ) that can fit into DockScreens ( eg 'Rumors' ) or Adventures. I got a little carried away, My Apologies to all on that, I got caught up in it.

My first Non Official version Extension attempt is " Opposing Forces 2380 " ( RE NAMED and APOLOGIES to everyone because it was pointed out that the forming of the scenario for these ideas for those that like to create could be mistaken as a Slight against the Versions. I have tried EVERY version and enjoyed them, 1.06 brought out so many ideas I was over whelmed .)

2380 : the date the Rogue Command established it's first legitimate station in Eridani

2380 has "20 levels", several systems are created by me ; the rest are shot in the dark systems , Opposites , or " Negatives" of what is in the game was fun to work with ; I recently got very critical of my " opposites" and deleted everything....started over.
The game was crashing and I blamed my work. I Realized that I let myself get caught up and talk of it.....THAT made me upset.
I feared rejection.

I found TODAY that one of the issues stopping my gates from working properly was a "bug" reported , I have since experimented explicitly with the bug report and see where I can fight it. This will get interesting. because the "bug" is not fight-able to a straight line of systems like I have : or the narrowed system options the game has :
so I will, because it is resisting the straight line of the universe give it more of a "Network-esk " option.
the difference will be that it is not a network, you will have 10 % chance to ever see that system again. but it SHOULD work with the issue I was testing today and makes me happier that it was not totally my very bad .xml ideas causing the problem.

Why would a Save issue be Compensated by giving the game more to save?

Because it's Orders are to default to what it has available that works:
If I give it 10 options instead of 4 it might help the game help the player stay alive long enough that I can kill them . I think.........

And I am sure it will be as interesting as fighting the traffic code I had from Korolov that filled the docks : took days to compensate and make sure the player could dock at Masak anytime : Gnome Shipping does not use that detailed work: it is simpler and more straight forward so there should not be any " issues" with the traffic.

So... All of that was references to a mod that hasn't even been publicly shown? (or at least as far as I know of, and apparently as far as any of the others knew of)

And I'm not sure what 'Insanity' or 'FanFiction' you are talking about. You mean in your mod? Or your posting style? (which tends to jump from a normal style to in-universe to back again or such, which is prone to being very confusing. I should just make a rule against that since there are a couple others who do this (like Darth Saber) and make life easier for everyone trying to read things)
