Modding ROMs?

I'm attempting to make a few ROMs, but i cant figure out how to get them to appear in game
Theres no errors in the xml that i know of, and ive got other things to pop up in-game; I just can't figure these out. Anyone have advice?

Have you restarted a game from scratch first? I've only just started modding myself, but got caught by this. Not sure how many aspects of the game require restarts to come into play but quite a lot does (from my experience)

Try starting a new game and see if you still get the problem

Location, location , location. But not all good locations are Cool : the game IS random generation.

Check your Level of the ROM : for testing always set them at "1" so you can find them faster to test.

Frequency : common is cool for testing

Price : price has alot to do with the stations that can carry them and the chance that while a station is stocking it will select your ROM.
Stations carry set allowances : so by the time it does ROMS it Still needs room for Misc. items.

However : if it is just the matter of testing in game : load the silly thing onto the playership from the start
you would be surprised how many bombs a Wolfen can carry LOL
