Ok, ever since version 1.07 i am having trouble comparing the ares dreadnought with a ship that can give it a run for its money, in versions before 1.07 the xenophobe worldship was a good match for the phobos, but after 1.07 it loses 95% of the time. I am only counting ships that can be encountered in randomly generated systems, this excludes the xenopobe ark and iocrym command ship.
CSC terra can usually beat phobos and be around 70-80% damaged, of course if 2 or more plasma cannon shots get lucky and hit the same armor segment, csc terra can lose sometimes, the 2 rarely fight each other without the player interfering anyway.
So, is there any other ship that i can compare the phobos to besides csc terra?
