Longreach/ICX differences

What are the advantages/disadvantages of the Longreach over the ICX? I can see the Longreach uses 10MW as opposed to 1; the ICX has a lower range (but how much for both?); & the LR fires physical 'shots' whereas ICX fires beam/laser pulses

Anything else? The LR isn't mentioned at all in the wiki - not even a red entry - so I thought I'd ask here..

The longreach is stronger, that means, it 'll destroy missiles faster than the ICX

The differences are: the Longreach uses more power, and fires a stronger weapon, which is kinetic, not laser.

Longreach hits for more damage, which lets it stop things in one shot that the ICX cannot, such as quantumspheres.
