Idea for banks:

How about after our money is reaching limit, the banks will refuse to pay the interest ? (like IRL)

So after reaching this limit you must use other way to gather money.

What do you think?

I could do that but then it would require more code work D:
What would be the limit of the bank account?
How would the interest be calculated?

Ok I highly suggest that we do not begin with a Zulu ( I'll hate you for it ;P )
you could start with:
A Starblazer
*Pros: high default speed 0.28C, 10 tons armor, high initial thrust to mass ratio 5.7, good maneuver 7.5
*Cons: little cargospace, fewer slots (Hawk, Falcon and Eagle are of course surperior but we can buy those later if we want)

A Manticore
*Pros: good initial weapons, better armor, 15 tons, more cargospace, great thrust to mass 9.1, good maneuver 7.5
*Cons: slow! Initial shield is poor

A Praetorian
*Pros: Launcher + omnilaser initial weapons, start with 25MW reactor, 80 tons cargospace, 10 tons armor, 80 Tons cargospace
*Cons fewer slots, Initial shield same as Manticore

A Ronin/B
*Pros: Launcher + Turbolaser initial weapons, 12 ton armor, high initial thrust to mass ratio 5.3, good maneuver 7.5, more cargospace
*Cons: Poor initial shield, You look like a bowling ball...

A Stalwart
*Pros: Start with 25MW reactor, 15 Ton armor, High top speed 0.24C, More slots!
*Cons:pew pew initial weapon, poor initial shield, low acceleration, low turnrate, it doesn't have four gunpoints like on the picture :(

All of these ships are better than the Zulu in atleast two ways, but if you want to start with a challenge ship, then that's fine with me
(you can always take one of the initial three ships too, those are also all better than the Zulu)

!!! note: the Pros & Cons are based on the ship I am most familiar with: the Sapphire Yacht, not the Zulu.

You know you can just change Rotolooter range a bit higher... say to 30 or 60 so that as soon as an enemy dies, you automatically loot it (if it was in range and you killed it) and adjust the poweruse accordingly

Auton Assembly Hangar is great for those moments when you have a pile of random loot which you can't use, but you need a little help and it's not limited by arbitrary special items of which only a few spawn in the game, so no big loss if an auton dies in service to you.

Captain's log is really useful if you need to find a specific station in a systems you've passed, but you can't quite remember which one, just because we don't use it for turn to turn communication, doesn't mean it's not being used...

Edit: the FL pack Shields (which I thought we agreed were OP) are still present, so perhaps remove those xmls and leave just the ships (the ships only have default equipment installed so that shouldn't cause a problem)

Whoever wants to take a turn can just download the save and post that they have, the rest of the people in the succession have to wait the alloted time for that person to post their save before defaulting and taking the first save.
Anyone can join in as long as they follow the rules.
RPC is going to take the first turn and post the save in another thread.
We get to argue about what he should do for that turn here, now in this thread.

@sun1404 I will do registration once we start the succession, but I haven't really found it helpful and people don't stick to the schedule :S

The Manticore in the latest PSD update has changed toward the stats posted by George. Aside from that, it also has a fully functional linked fire weapon slot (forward facing only). It starts shieldless, but all six segments start with free +Regen. If there is one ship you need to decide to start with, use the Manticore.

WE5 has been updated finally, as RPC asked. It contains the fixLag code that RPC wrote to prevent lag while using Dys Sys and many more little fixes.

I think its just need an if.

for example you have 4000 credits and banks will pay the interest if your account not exceed 10000 credit (the limit)

and banks will pay the interest normally as long as your account balance not exceed 10000 credits

You realize that this is the exact opposite of how banks function IRL
they actually pay you More interest over time if you have more money in the bank...

Yeah, you right. It's much simpler to just not include the mod.
I just give a solution to prevent this "credit flooding" to player account.
