Add function to change <AISettings>.

It would be nice to change fireRateAdj or fireAccuracy when appropriate. For instance, you payed your wingman for a course at marksman academy and he gets better, or you upgraded your auton/drone software to be a better combatant. ...Or you want a game where it is not pulling any punches and everyone and their dog has a fireRateAdj of 10 so that they all are just as triggerhappy as you. In any case, a function that can change AI settings on the fly is better than overwriting (possibly) every ship in the game.

... We do! But only for ships. Can we have a function that works for stations too?

Edit - For stations, be able to change more stats like fireRateAdj.
