What version are you running? I believe the latest version is 2.9.0 and it is up on the web site (http://kronosaur.com/downloads/TransData.zip).
Let me know if the latest version does not work.

nevermind, discovered there was a new unannounced version of transdata - but it crashes when trying to do /weaponimages
