What does this error message mean?

I used to be able to call scrShowScreen from an action when I docked to a ship. Now, however, scrShowScreen seems to be broken.

I haven't changed any code, but I am wondering why it suddenly broke between versions (and what the error means).

Found the issue, apparently it means duplicate unid >.<
