It's not going to be released until 0.98 is, because I already have several items in place to use some of the new features of 0.98 (the synaptic link and hangar for examples).
- Hangar and synaptic link programs won't use a device slot
- More wingmen ROMs
- One of these is the "Fox-class power armour" (I've requested the graphics from D6, he must hate me by now
), which will summon a squad of little power armoured troopers to act as wingmen.- More weapons, probably with some funky features.
- More crazily hard hostiles
- The end goal of all these hostiles will make ares gunships look like corsairs
- Of course, so counter more hostiles, more friendlies, as well as some missions that may get you the support of an A-2 Apocalypse.
-New devices
-Expansion of the friendly Talon faction, making the destruction of the commonwealth/ringers as non-suicidal action (such as fuel and the gear you need to beat the boss- although that will be the least of your worries
