Problem Regarding TransData13 Utility

Hey, I'm not sure if anyone can help me out here...but, for some reason I cannot get the program to run properly. I can start it up, but it immediately shuts down, approximately 0.5 secs later. It just flashes on to the screen whenever I execute the program and immediately shuts down the program.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what the problem may be?
By the way, sorry if this is not in the correct forum.

I suppose you're just double-clicking on the TransData.exe?

If so, that's not what you're meant to do.

Sorry, I grew up (and first learned to use computers) when there wasn't anything but command prompts to work with.

I haven't gotten around to decompiling .98b yet. Someone should just throw the XMLs up on the modsite for us lazy people .
