How to upload a screenshot, photos and other images
There's an option for uploading "attachments" underneath the posting box..next to the "Options" tab, there's the thing marked 'Upload Attachment'. That works for smaller stuff fairly well.

Yeah, I'm the worst. I got the hang of it after bugging our dedicated admins and experts here. Hehehe. Now try bug reporting!Ttech wrote:Its all good. It took me a while to figure out the interface my self!

wait, why do we have file attaching on all boards? it was really meant for debug logs and xml files. pictures and the like should be uploaded to Photobucket, or places like that. services such as dropbox are good for large files. personally, I hate the upload sites that require you to wait some amount of time and restrict the bandwidth to stupidly low levels.

There are some threads here where images might be acceptable to upload - Transcendence Picture Thread for example.Wolfy wrote:wait, why do we have file attaching on all boards? it was really meant for debug logs and xml files. pictures and the like should be uploaded to Photobucket, or places like that. services such as dropbox are good for large files. personally, I hate the upload sites that require you to wait some amount of time and restrict the bandwidth to stupidly low levels.

But wouldn't it just be better to have images hosted off-site?
